Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end experiences across P2P: creation/approval workflows, change management, alerts, and spend dashboards.
  • •Partner with PMs and engineers to brainstorm, define, and implement new features and offerings, including early AI agents.
  • •Design full transaction lifecycles, including declines, disputes, and failed payment states.
  • •Shape AI agent experiences grounded in structured procurement data users can verify and trust.
