Job Summary

Own end-to-end product design for core Procure-to-Pay workflows, including creation and approval, alerts, change management, and the dashboards enterprises use to run spend. Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end experiences across P2P: creation/approval workflows, change management, alerts, and spend dashboards.
•Partner with PMs and engineers to brainstorm, define, and implement new features and offerings, including early AI agents.
•Design full transaction lifecycles, including declines, disputes, and failed payment states.
•Shape AI agent experiences grounded in structured procurement data users can verify and trust.
•Run your own research and test designs with AP teams and requesters, collaborating through SE, CS, and Sales partners.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years designing complex B2B or workflow products, with procurement, payments, or fintech experience a plus.
•Ship at least one full product or significant feature end to end as the lead designer.
•Run your own research: identify the right customers, ask the right questions, and turn learnings into design decisions.
•Iterate closely with engineers on both UX and visual design to get details right.
•Demonstrate a strong point of view by defending design decisions and changing your mind when evidence supports it.
