Job Summary

Drive financial planning and analysis for the Industrial Automation business, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting that inform strategic decisions. Coordinate SRO and AOP processes with the global BAP team, manage fixed costs and productivity initiatives, and lead working capital and cash flow management. Track VCM expansion targets across functions and own ad-hoc requests from global leadership and IA China stakeholders while collaborating across teams.

•Coordinate SRO and AOP process per global BAP team guidelines and support Say-Do culture development for China consolidation.
•Manage fixed cost management and productivity driving from the IA China perspective.
•Lead working capital and cash flow management to achieve targets.
•Oversee VCM expansion target management, coordinating target setting and performance tracking across functions.
•Handle ad-hoc assignments requested by the global BAP team, global leadership team, and IA China leadership team.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience.
•Strong finance background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
•Proficiency in SAP ERP system.
•Strong English proficiency for verbal and written business communication.
•Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
