Key Responsibilities

  • •Align with Truist’s purpose, mission, and values while executing the Small Business value proposition of “Ease, Expertise, Care.”
  • •Meet with clients via telephone to assess needs, review financial management practices and solutions, conduct cash cycle conversations, and recommend products and services.
  • •Perform application and fulfillment process directly on some solutions and make referrals to product and fulfillment experts as required.
  • •Manage complex client issues using Truist resources and partner support to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • •Manage the product and solution opportunity pipeline (deposit, loan, and fee-based services) and participate in meeting revenue/profit growth, client experience, and operational/risk expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent financial services education, training, and work-related experience).
  • •5+ years of sales/client management relationship experience with small business or business banking clients.
  • •General knowledge of business banking products, lending, cash cycle, and sales process; stay current on market/industry/business knowledge.
  • •Relationship-building and negotiation skills with clients, management, and partners, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in basic computer applications including Microsoft Office and virtual connectivity software.
