Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement automated testing strategies for functional, integration, and regression testing to maximize coverage and efficiency.
  • •Lead the development and maintenance of reusable, scalable test scripts and support design of global test frameworks.
  • •Ensure tests support multiple streams of work, including multiple environment testing and monthly releases.
  • •Monitor, update, and refactor existing test scripts to improve efficiency, reliability, and speed; maintain test maintenance and optimization.
  • •Manage and mentor a team of test automation engineers and collaborate with developers and product managers to align automation with the software development lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience creating and maintaining test automation frameworks.
  • •Experience supporting multi-UI testing (e.g., desktop, web, mobile) and third-party integrated platforms.
  • •Proven experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, GitHub, Jenkins, BrowserStack, and Atlassian.
  • •Experience with DevOps frameworks and processes, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD workflows.
  • •Experience in ERP automation in both Finance and HCM domains.
