Job Summary

Lead test automation for the Maconomy ERP platform by developing automated strategies for functional, integration, and regression testing. Build and maintain reusable, scalable test frameworks and reusable scripts, supporting multiple testing streams and monthly releases. Maintain and optimize test suites as applications change, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot issues in test environments. Manage and mentor test automation engineers, report quality metrics, and collaborate with developers and product managers to align with the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement automated testing strategies for functional, integration, and regression testing to maximize coverage and efficiency.
•Lead the development and maintenance of reusable, scalable test scripts and support design of global test frameworks.
•Ensure tests support multiple streams of work, including multiple environment testing and monthly releases.
•Monitor, update, and refactor existing test scripts to improve efficiency, reliability, and speed; maintain test maintenance and optimization.
•Manage and mentor a team of test automation engineers and collaborate with developers and product managers to align automation with the software development lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience creating and maintaining test automation frameworks.
•Experience supporting multi-UI testing (e.g., desktop, web, mobile) and third-party integrated platforms.
•Proven experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, GitHub, Jenkins, BrowserStack, and Atlassian.
•Experience with DevOps frameworks and processes, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD workflows.
•Experience in ERP automation in both Finance and HCM domains.
