Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the long-range planning process and evolve the enterprise financial model to support growth planning, profitability, capital allocation, and scenario analysis.
  • •Run the company-wide forecasting and planning operating rhythm (budget, reforecasting, monthly performance management) and analyze variances vs. expectations.
  • •Lead board, executive, and investor/capital markets reporting materials and translate complex insights into executive-ready recommendations.
  • •Drive strategic finance modeling and analysis for investments, new products, channel expansion, pricing strategy, and margin optimization across multiple dimensions.
  • •Build scalable FP&A processes, tools, reporting infrastructure, and lead/develop the FP&A team with clear roles, cadences, and governance.

Salary: USD 220,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12–15+ years of progressive finance experience with significant leadership in FP&A, strategic or corporate finance.
  • •Proven ownership of enterprise planning, forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting, and executive-level performance reporting.
  • •Strong commercial/operational finance acumen across revenue planning, margin analysis, pricing, working capital, and investment decision support.
  • •Experience preparing executive, board, investor, or lender-facing financial materials with clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • •Track record building scalable FP&A processes, tools, systems, governance, and developing high-performing teams; GAAP understanding (accounting, budgeting, cost control).
