Key Responsibilities

  • •Automate cloud infrastructure testing and support SREs and developer productivity teams with bespoke solutions.
  • •Provide quality assurance and testing services across cloud operations and infrastructure, partnering with developers and cross-functional teams.
  • •Develop and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts, including functional and non-functional testing.
  • •Interface with SREs/developers to reproduce, diagnose, and support defect resolution and participate in the development process to identify defects.
  • •Provide on-call support for the SaaS platform and identify areas to improve the test automation process.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience working with cloud providers such as AWS or GCP, ideally with cloud certification.
  • •5+ years of experience as a quality engineer or software engineer.
  • •2+ years of experience in a SaaS-based environment.
  • •Experience with test automation development of integrated tests and development/execution of end-to-end or system test plans.
  • •Proficiency with tools/technologies such as Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker-related containerization, Linux CLI, SQL/NoSQL, and monitoring tools like Splunk/Grafana/Kibana (plus preferred programming languages: Go, Python, Ruby, and shell scripting).
