Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and optimize global S2P process to ensure seamless hand-off between Zip intake/orchestration and Oracle purchasing/payables.
  • •Serve as functional lead for both Zip and Oracle Fusion Procurement by building Zip intake workflows and configuring requisitioning, purchasing, and supplier portals in Oracle.
  • •Own technical health of the Zip-to-Oracle integration by monitoring data flow for requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier master data and ensuring in-flight changes sync correctly.
  • •Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement, Legal, and Accounting to translate business policies into precise tech-stack logic and governance.
  • •Manage quarterly release cycles across Zip and Oracle, run impact assessments, and govern adoption of Oracle embedded/custom AI agents for compliant automation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement (Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Model) and/or 2+ years experience with Zip (Zip HQ).
  • •Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, including PR/PO lifecycle, 3-way matching, Encumbrance Accounting, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
  • •Proven experience managing API-based integrations between intake-to-procure tools and Tier-1 ERPs, including translating Zip approvals into Oracle approved requisitions.
  • •Ability to map cross-functional processes and identify automation opportunities while understanding impacts to Oracle General Ledger and AP.
  • •Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in a live production environment.
