Senior Infrastructure MEP Quantity Surveyor

Lead commercial and cost management for major MEP building services and infrastructure projects, acting on behalf of the Contracting Entity. Ensure contractual compliance, commercial governance, and financial certainty across the project lifecycle, including program-wide cost strategies, budgeting, reporting, cashflow forecasting, variations, and claims support. Provide specialist advice on construction and consultancy contracts, and mentor intermediate quantity surveyors while supporting programme-wide commercial objectives for a major multi-year aviation-focused capital programme.
