Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and prioritize events; maintain a rolling 12-month event calendar.
  • •Negotiate and contract with event organizers, vendors, and venues to optimize spend.
  • •Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics including booth design, swag, collateral, lead capture, AV, catering, and travel.
  • •Be the on-site point of contact; set up/tear down booths and troubleshoot on-site.
  • •Prep the team with objectives, talking points, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.
  • •Drive pipeline with sales by booking pre-show meetings and coordinating on-site customer events.
  • •Run pre- and post-event campaigns with marketing on email/outreach to drive booth traffic and meetings.
  • •Own the event budget; forecast costs and manage trade-offs across the calendar.
  • •Define KPIs and build post-event reports to measure leads, meetings, pipeline, and ROI.

Key Requirements

  • •1 to 4 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or event coordination, ideally in B2B or tech
  • •Track record of organizing events end to end
  • •Experience managing an events budget with forecasting and ROI considerations
  • •Comfortable defining KPIs and building reports that connect event activity to pipeline and revenue
