Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate, maintain, and follow up production schedules based on demand, shortages, lead time, capacity, and internal targets to ensure on-quantity/on-time component supply.
  • •Analyze capacity by area, line, machine, and product, and determine manpower, equipment, and raw material constraints.
  • •Generate work orders, release them to the shop floor, and monitor them to ensure on-time completion.
  • •Co-lead HPWT and run follow-up meetings across departments to keep KPI’s on target (service, quality, safety, inventory, flex productivity), including creating and closing action plans.
  • •Prepare and submit status/performance reports and reschedule past-due orders weekly based on capacity and constraints.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •1+ years of experience in supply chain or production planning in a manufacturing-related role.
  • •Demand and capacity planning experience.
  • •SAP-ERP knowledge and inventory management knowledge.
  • •Must be a U.S. person under ITAR and be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
