Key Responsibilities

•Define, plan and drive project plans based on management and senior technical guidance.
•Develop and maintain program schedules by considering equipment availability, SW/FW schedules, and adjacent validation schedules
•Be hands-on to analyze, assign, and track detailed project tasks; track performance against the plan to proactively resolve critical issues and maintain schedule
•Work effectively with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet or exceed requirements
•Effectively manage incoming issue tickets and coordinate cross-functional teams to prioritize and drive issues to resolution

Key Requirements

•10+ years of program management experience in dynamic SW/HW or semiconductor environments; engineering background highly preferred.
