Job Summary

Data Center Project Manager - Construction responsible for planning, budgeting, risk management, and execution of Fluidstack’s hyperscale data center projects. You will turn capacity targets into executable plans, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure stakeholder alignment from kick-off to turnover, using advanced scheduling, budgeting, and contract management practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Build integrated schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project) covering design, procurement, construction and commissioning and own execution of the master construction schedule from site-mobilization through substantial completion and turnover.
•Own project budgets, cash-flow forecasts and change-order governance; report earned-value KPIs weekly.
•Facilitate phase-gate and 30/60/90% design reviews; maintain RACI matrices and action logs.
•Manage contract lifecycles - RFP, bid analysis, award, PCO tracking, close-out documentation.
•Lead project standups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

•B.S./B.E./B.A. in engineering with preferred construction management qualification.
•10+ years project-management experience in hyperscale data centers, large industrial or infrastructure builds.
•PMI-PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification desirable.
•Proven record of delivering fast-track projects in multiple geographies.
•Deep knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical scopes procurement workflows and cost controls.
