Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and control accounts managed by SBDCP Future Support CAM teams to ensure contracted services are safely and sustainably delivered within budget.
  • •Develop and implement project control management aspects of the SBDCP Future Support organization within the overall Programme, Risk & Opportunity Management system.
  • •Liaise with functional areas to provide project control support and manage inputs in senior performance reviews.
  • •Engage with customers and other stakeholders at executive level to understand and exceed requirements and expected service levels.
  • •Demonstrate leadership capabilities and provide line management and development for the direct team.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge and experience delivering business in a Defence contracting or military service environment in KSA or the Middle East.
  • •Experience in project management, leading significant and diverse projects across the business lifecycle.
  • •Experience managing customers, contractors, vendors, and teams to deliver complex requirements aligned to cost, schedule, and quality.
  • •Desirable: 10+ years in Project, Programme, or Portfolio Management in a relevant sector.
  • •Desirable: experience in military aviation service delivery and management at senior level, including governance requirements.
