Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multiple cross-shore technology teams focused on partner integration and partner testing/resiliency within the partner onboarding process.
  • •Ensure integration environment availability and effective change management through collaboration with engineering, infrastructure, and product teams.
  • •Analyze integration defects, troubleshoot systems, perform root-cause analysis using logs/data, and coordinate fixes with Agile build teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 10 years of technology experience (or equivalent leadership program experience), including 3+ years as a technical business analyst.
  • •5+ years building and consuming SOAP and REST web services.
  • •5+ years with SQL and NoSQL technologies, including data modeling, query optimization, caching strategies, and consistency trade-offs.
  • •Strong understanding of SDLC (Agile), release/change management, incident management, and production readiness.
  • •Experience with CI environments like Jenkins, plus application deployment on Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) or AWS (or other cloud environments).
