Key Responsibilities

  • •Own where Murphy plays next: choose countries, products, and channels and size the opportunity to make the call.
  • •Stand up new 0→1 bets to expand beyond collections into adjacent areas (e.g., loan servicing, receivables, financial-crime agents) and drive them to go-live.
  • •Turn channels into an expansion engine by sequencing multi-market relationships (Santander, Revolut, BBVA) based on proof.
  • •Interview experts and build your own expertise to solve complex, ambiguous problems end to end.
  • •Investigate root causes across regulation, unit economics, and channel margin, and design solutions that address the underlying issues.
