Job Summary

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using Blue Prism. Implement best practices to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability, while monitoring and supporting Blue Prism processes in production. Troubleshoot automations, handle incidents and service requests, optimize existing workflows for efficiency, and keep up with Blue Prism updates. Provide regular performance/status reporting and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Blue Prism.
•Implement RPA development best practices for optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability.
•Monitor and support existing RPA processes in production to ensure seamless operations.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Blue Prism automations.
•Analyze and optimize existing RPA processes, provide updates/resolutions, and generate regular performance reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Proven experience as a Blue Prism Developer with strong RPA concepts and best practices.
•Experience providing production support for RPA applications.
•Strong knowledge of process analysis, design, and implementation.
•Familiarity with C#, .NET, or Java (plus).
