Job Summary

Join the Accounting & Finance summer internship program to work on real assignments across Financial Services, Internal Audit, Commercial Services, Controllers, Finance & Performance Analysis, and Treasury. You’ll receive orientation, teambuilding, weekly seminars, coaching and mentor support, and performance appraisals. Internships run about 10–12 weeks, with the opportunity to present your work and learnings to local management.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete an internship assignment with orientation, teambuilding, community service activities, and weekly seminars.
•Work with organizations responsible for journal entry processing, account reconciliations, depreciation/fixed-asset accounting, and corporate accounting activities (Bartlesville).
•Support finance functions including invoicing and payment of product, forecasting, budgeting, financial statement analysis, credit exposure monitoring, cash management, and debt administration (Houston/Midland).
•Participate in coaching, guidance, and periodic performance appraisals from your supervisor and assigned mentors.
•Give a presentation to local management near the end of the internship on your assignment and what you learned.

Key Requirements

•Be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no sponsorship).
•Pursue a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or another business-related field (or equivalent).
•Be a current college student at the Sophomore through Senior or Graduate level.
•Be available for internship starting mid-late May 2027 and for at least ten continuous weeks.
•Achieve a minimum cumulative and major GPA of 3.25 on a 4.0 scale (preferred).
