Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform bodywork on multiple panels, including heavy plastic welding, minor metal pulling, roof and rocker panel repair, and large-area heavy bodywork (including Bondo repair).
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers to recondition vehicles before they are delivered.
  • •Complete entry- to experienced-level prep work depending on experience, including required bodywork techniques.
  • •Work mandatory overtime as needed to meet customer delivery commitments.
  • •Maintain safe work practices by using required safety equipment while working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of professional automotive bodywork experience.
  • •Be able to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
  • •Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some positions may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions.
  • •Use safety equipment including face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments/equipment.
