Job Summary

Assist in on-site quality control for fabrication activities, performing routine inspections of fittings and welding per project specifications. Support the Project Quality Plan through daily surveillance, documentation of inspection results, and coordination with Operations, Certifying Authority, and subcontractors to ensure conformance and timely stage releases on the Batam site.

Key Responsibilities

•Determine product conformity to customer specifications through daily surveillances and ITP inspection points in accordance with the Project Quality Plan.
•Identify non-conformity for rectification and ensure final resolution.
•Appraise product quality to determine conformity and non-conformity in accordance with the approved drawings and inspection & Test Plan.
•All inspection results need to be documented, and if non-conformity exists, documentation shall be raised to establish corrective action.
•Coordinate interface with Operations, Certifying Authority, Client, Job Sharing personnel, and subcontractor, assuring the conformity to project specifications.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or degree) in a relevant field.
•2+ years of quality control or discipline-related experience in inspection.
•Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
•Willingness to perform field inspections of fabrication activities on site.
•Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project quality plans.
