Job Summary

Senior Territory Manager responsible for driving net-new SaaS sales and expanding revenue within Bay Area biotech accounts. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, engage scientists and procurement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase e-commerce adoption in a profitable, growing lab management platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Generate new business by identifying and closing new SaaS customers across Bay Area biotech hubs.
•Own the full SaaS cycle: discovery, demo, technical validation, ROI, negotiation, and close; build pipeline through active outreach and on-site visits.
•Expand existing accounts by maintaining and growing gross profit dollars and increasing e-commerce adoption with scientists and procurement teams.
•Use data (Salesforce/Looker) to identify gaps, savings opportunities, and workflow frictions to drive product adoption and wallet share.
•Partner with Marketing, Supply, Software, Pricing, Customer Success, and Operations to relay field insights and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,000 - 125,000 annually

•5+ years of life science sales experience, specifically selling laboratory supplies for a distributor or manufacturer
•Strong familiarity with lab products, consumables, and procurement workflows in biotech
•Comfortable talking to scientists and driving conversations in person
•Demonstrated hustle with a track record of meeting goals in prior roles
•Experience negotiating with Procurement professionals at BioPharma companies
