Security Managed Services Engineer (L1)

Monitor and administer firewall and related security components in a 24/7 managed services environment. Handle malware and attack detection, follow IR processes, manage patches and updates, and oversee load balancer availability and alerting. Provide helpdesk and daily operations support per ITIL best practices, raise tickets and change requests, and support incident management in coordination with Level 2 resources.
