Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end field deployment of Applied’s product lines at customer sites, leading integrations from initial setup through steady-state operations
  • •Partner with customer operations leadership and frontline teams to establish roles, decision paths, and day-to-day operating procedures
  • •Drive safe operational readiness by translating safety philosophy and critical controls into site procedures, training, and go/no-go criteria
  • •Act as the technical escalation point on-site: triage issues, collect logs/telemetry, reproduce problems, and prioritize fixes with the broader engineering team
  • •Monitor deployment health and performance, then drive continuous improvement with the customer, internal engineering teams and leadership

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience supporting technology deployed on heavy equipment, construction machinery, mining trucks, or similar off-road vehicles
  • •Prior experience working in the mining/construction industry
  • •Hands-on experience with field installations, including wiring harnesses, sensors, ECUs, power systems, and vehicle interfaces
  • •Experience deploying and supporting software systems in production or customer environments
  • •Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, electrical, and networking domains
