Job Summary

Support end-to-end implementation of reporting and dashboards within Akamai's Global Delivery Excellence team. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to identify business risks through data analysis, develop forecasts and models, and deliver insights via BI platforms to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Developing financial forecasts and business models; managing updates in Anaplan, Tableau, and Microsoft Office tools.
•Assisting in monthly reporting through variance analysis and trends; providing accurate insights on financial performance.
•Managing costs, budgets, and leading compensation planning activities.
•Defining the needs of the business through collaborative requirements gathering sessions.
•Designing user friendly customized reporting and dashboards by thoroughly understanding the use cases adopted by the business
•Analyzing data for patterns, trends, or risks and identifying mitigation options and recommendations to share with stakeholders

Key Requirements

•2+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree.
•Development experience on business intelligence reporting platforms such as Tableau, Anaplan, etc.
•Experience demonstrating analytical skills with data backend analysis.
•Exposure to confidential data handling.
•Good initiative for results, ability to handle ambiguity and cross-team dynamics.
