Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate groups and activities (arts and crafts, recreational programming) to enhance the member experience.
  • •Welcome members to the clinic and manage communications via phone and email, including scheduling.
  • •Maintain accurate records and assist with daily clinic workflows to support smooth operations.
  • •Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to share observations and support coordinated member care.
  • •Identify members’ ongoing needs and connect them with community resources and supports; contribute to clinic growth projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled or recently graduated in a degree program related to mental health (e.g., pre-med, psychology, social work, or nursing).
  • •Interest in mental health and desire to support people with severe mental illness.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • •Detail-oriented and organized; comfortable working one-on-one and in group settings.
  • •Basic computer skills; experience planning events and activities is preferred.
