•Prepare and manage FF&E schedules, budgets, and shop drawings
•Collaborate with project teams to ensure FF&E aligns with code and sustainability requirements
•Support construction administration with FF&E installation and coordination tasks

Key Requirements

•Experience designing FF&E packages for residential or commercial projects
•Strong knowledge of furniture systems, finishes, and material specifications
•Proficiency with FF&E software and drawing/scheduling tools
•Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with vendors
•Strong communication and collaboration skills
