Lead a critical engineering area, driving delivery and technical strategy across multiple complex domains. Partner with product and business leadership to influence medium- and long-term strategy, manage cross-team dependencies, and foster the growth of senior engineers and future leaders at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspire and guide a group of senior engineers, setting direction aligned to company vision and long-term technical quality.
•Develop direct reports and skip-level leaders, mentor aspiring Engineering Managers, and manage performance, hiring plans, and succession planning.
•Lead architectural discussions and drive continuous improvements in system reliability, performance, and scalability while balancing new delivery vs technical investment.
•Define and own delivery plans across multiple teams, handle complex cross-team dependencies, and provide leadership visibility on status, risks, and mitigations.
•Partner with product and business leadership to influence medium- and long-term strategies and ensure measurable outcomes and ROI through aligned experimentation.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience managing one or more engineering teams, with a track record managing senior individual contributors and medium-to-high complexity projects.
•Experience owning delivery for initiatives spanning multiple teams or complex product domains.
•Strong technical background in modern software development and experience leading architectural discussions to drive technical strategy.
•Experience partnering with product managers to influence product roadmaps and align technical strategy to business objectives.
•Proven ability to develop engineering talent, including mentoring senior engineers and aspiring managers, with Agile experience in fast-paced environments.
