Key Responsibilities

  • •Process deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, checks, cashier’s checks, and savings bonds, including night and mail deposits.
  • •Answer client questions in person and over the telephone.
  • •Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities and direct clients to a banker based on needs.
  • •Complete client requests such as closing accounts, ordering checks, exchanging foreign currency, providing statements/copies, referrals, and safe-deposit box procedures.
  • •Reconcile the cash drawer by verifying transactions, counting and packaging cash/coin, submitting excess and mutilated currency, and maintaining appropriate cash supplies.
