  • •Own and operate the AWS Connect integration for human-assisted concierge experiences for complex/high-value leads.
  • •Build and maintain unclaimed lead management with automated escalation, retry, and re-engagement.
  • •Develop lead readiness scoring signals and models to determine when leads are hot enough for assignment.
