Job Summary

Design and build the pre-CRM lead nurturing systems that keep real estate leads warm and ready for agent assignment. Own AWS Connect–powered concierge experiences, unclaimed lead management, automated re-engagement flows, and lead readiness scoring. Architect automated nurture sequences across SMS, email, and voice, collaborate with data/ML teams on behavioral signals and conversion predictions, and build scalable, well-tested microservices with modern CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.

•Build and maintain unclaimed lead management with automated escalation, retry, and re-engagement.
•Develop lead readiness scoring signals and models to determine when leads are hot enough for assignment.
•Architect automated nurture sequences across SMS, email, and voice while collaborating with data and ML teams on behavioral signals and conversion predictions.

•Experience with Kafka/event-driven systems and AWS/cloud (including 3+ years with AWS/cloud).
