Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead assessment of client environments and challenges, then develop and implement a structured approach to discover, design, and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • •Lead analysis, definition, and documentation of findings and recommendations across stages of client engagements.
  • •Deliver workshops in virtual and face-to-face settings with client representatives.
  • •Work in diverse, multi-disciplinary teams representing Turner & Townsend at client sites and virtually, deploying tailored methodologies, processes, tools, and systems.
  • •Drive key Programme Advisory activities including internal transformation product work and business generation (bids/proposals), and provide line management/development for direct reports as appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in Project Controls (3–5 years) with major project/programme exposure within a PMO/controls & performance environment.
  • •Experience across PMO/controls & performance roles such as schedule, cost, risk, change, and performance reporting on major capital projects/programmes.
  • •Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments across capital delivery, PMO, or controls & performance functions.
  • •Ability to write and present reports and navigate complex stakeholder environments, engaging at C-suite/executive level as required.
  • •Computer literacy in Office 365 and experience using tools such as Visio/Miro and controls & performance software (e.g., Oracle Primavera, PRISM, Power BI) or similar.
