Key Requirements

  • •Schedule 26 – Statutory Supervisor accreditation required.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership position or experience in a similar operation or industry.
  • •Strong knowledge of mine operations, ideally mine development activities including stripping, overburden removal, stockpile/ramp construction, and blast pattern preparation.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support teams in a safe and productive operational environment.
  • •Strong coordination, practical problem-solving, and communication/stakeholder engagement skills to adapt to changing priorities.
