Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle PR-PO end-to-end procurement for Japan/Korea, including issuing purchase orders, following up on delivery performance, and reconciling accounts and settlements.
  • •Conduct bidding, contract negotiation, and invoice and payment processing as part of procurement activities.
  • •Manage small-value procurement, including inviting tenders, supplier selection, and price rationality analysis.
  • •Drive operational procurement strategy through SOP creation/update, BPO trainings, and SLA monitoring.
  • •Manage procurement KPIs through data-driven regional metrics reporting and resolve day-to-day P2P issues to improve processes within scope.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree or above; related majors in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management are preferred.
  • •Excellent communication skills.
  • •Proficiency in both Japanese and English.
  • •Good work ethics and business ethics with impeccable integrity.
  • •Result-oriented with strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and logical thinking ability.
