Senior Security Engineer I – Customer Trust (Remote Eligible)

Own US customer trust operations by managing intake, triaging, and completing customer security questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, and RFIs. Provide technically accurate, customer-facing responses that demonstrate understanding of Smartsheet’s security controls and architecture. Maintain queue visibility and SLA compliance, escalate complex assessments, and improve processes while partnering with sales, customer success, and security specialists across teams.
