Job Summary

Serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for individuals and small businesses by uncovering financial needs, recommending personalized solutions, and driving both new client acquisition and relationship expansion. As part of the branch team, you’ll open consumer and business accounts, support teller transactions when needed, ensure compliance with operational and risk procedures, and participate in branch huddles and Saturday scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in deeper conversations in person and over the phone to identify financial wellness opportunities and deliver customized recommendations.
•Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, small business, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals related to client acquisition and relationship growth.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and document client interactions.
•Support branch operations by assisting with teller transactions as needed and participate in morning huddles/end-of-day debriefs; work Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience), with 1+ years of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Ability to interact comfortably with small business clients, overcome objections, and ask fact-finding questions (preferred).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) to educate clients (required).
