Key Responsibilities

•Ensure ongoing compliance with licensing and legal obligations relating to responsible wagering.
•Run the Responsible Gambling (RG) department and manage a 24/7 multinational team.
•Monitor regulatory updates across jurisdictions and integrate new requirements into day-to-day operational workflows.
•Oversee harm-minimisation monitoring using behavioural analytics and player-protection tools to identify at-risk customers and guide interventions.
•Act as the primary RG stakeholder for product projects, liaise with regulators on RG cases, and prepare RG-related regulatory submissions and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Lead the day-to-day Responsible Gambling function and ensure compliance with licensing and legal obligations relating to responsible wagering.
•Manage a 24/7 multinational RG team and operate flexibly outside standard business hours.
•Stay current on regulatory updates across relevant jurisdictions and translate new requirements into live operational workflows.
•Oversee harm-minimisation monitoring using behavioural analytics and player-protection tools to identify at-risk customers and guide timely interventions.
•Have 2+ years of experience in an operational regulatory or compliance role, ideally within gambling, and be able to write and implement end-to-end process documentation.
