Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop advanced Autodesk Civil 3D models and complete civil/site design deliverables for transportation, drainage, land development, utilities, and stabilization/restoration projects.
  • •Perform earthwork calculations, existing-condition surface modeling, QTOs, and data transformations using survey inputs such as LiDAR, DEMs, and breaklines.
  • •Manage coordinate systems, lifecycle data management, and collaborate on model/data exchange with internal teams and external consultants.
  • •Create and manage 3D federated models using Autodesk and Bentley tools, perform clash detection, and ensure LOD/COBie compliance.
  • •Deliver client consulting, workflow analysis, and adoption support for Autodesk Construction Cloud and Bentley iTwin platforms, including training and best-practice guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or eight (8) years in the AEC industry with BIM/VDC or demonstrated equivalency.
  • •Twelve (12) years of experience (preferred).
  • •Proficiency with industry design and construction software (e.g., MicroStation, OpenRoads, Civil 3D, Revit, ACC/BIM360, Navisworks, InfraWorks).
  • •Understanding of digital delivery workflows for infrastructure or building projects with comprehensive knowledge of industry standards.
  • •Professional Engineer or Architect license, with strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
