Commis I (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and simple cooking tasks under senior chefs’ supervision. Follow recipes to ensure consistent quality, maintain cleanliness and organization, and adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Help with stock rotation and inventory to minimize waste, support plating and garnishing to meet presentation standards, and coordinate with kitchen staff to execute orders on time.
