•Own the US public health domain point of view and product direction for county and state levels.
•Provide subject matter expertise for case management, disease surveillance, and closed-loop referral, including SDOH and HRSN.
•Own the regulatory and consent framing for the product.
•Define and drive the innovation agenda for agentic workflows and predictive analytics that reduce manual effort with human oversight.
•Run discovery with county and state agencies and shape the roadmap executed by platform and engineering teams; support RFP responses as the domain expert.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in product management or product leadership with deep public sector health or public health domain experience.
•Deep knowledge of US public health and community health across county and state levels, including case management, SHIE and CIE, SDOH/HRSN, and closed-loop referral.
•Fluency with healthcare consent and privacy regimes and interoperability frameworks including FHIR and TEFCA.
•Ability to define a credible agentic and predictive analytics roadmap and explain it to agency buyers in plain terms.
•US-based with the ability to work across county and state client relationships.
