Lead the finance function for a DACH-focused ERP scale-up, driving strategic financial planning, forecasting and budgeting; manage day-to-day finance & accounting operations, optimize processes through automation, coordinate with auditors and regulators, and ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual closes per HGB and IFRS.

•Lead and develop the existing finance team and external service providers, fostering a culture of trust and excellence
•Oversee strategic financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, delivering data-driven briefs to management
•Steer day-to-day financial and accounting operations, addressing tax and accounting issues as needed
• continuously optimize and automate internal finance and accounting processes to support scaling
•Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes per HGB and IFRS, plus liaison with auditors, tax advisors, banks and authorities

•Analytical, structured working style with ability to balance strategic foresight and operational detail
•Experience in B2B or e-commerce sectors is a plus, with strong German and English communication skills
