Job Summary

Take on technical support and operational follow-up of air handling units (CTA) from order registration through commissioning and client handover. Partner with sales to ensure solutions function correctly, coordinate with operational, Engineering, and Production teams on quality and troubleshooting, and provide technical support to technicians for AL-KO CTA (in-person and remote). Contribute to internal theoretical and practical training, supporting continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support and operational tracking of CTA from order registration through commissioning and client acceptance.
•Support sales during deal qualification by ensuring the proposed solution will function properly.
•Coordinate technical matters with operational teams and serve as an interface with Engineering and factory Production for quality and dysfunction resolution.
•Deliver technical support to technicians on AL-KO CTA operation, in-person and remotely.
•Participate in the design and facilitation of internal theoretical and practical training.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Bac+3/Bac+5 in HVAC, refrigeration, and air conditioning.
•Minimum 8 years of relevant experience (ventilation equipment manufacturer, maintenance, or commissioning).
•Experience with design, execution, commissioning, repairs, audits, and optimization of ventilation installations and/or technical support for CTA (installation, commissioning, programming, fine-tuning, troubleshooting).
•Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in aerodynamics and hydraulics, air handling units (CTA), and rooftops.
•Ability to provide customer-facing support in HVAC with industrial/building stakeholders; strong English skills and mobility for short trips in France and Germany.
