Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately process financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues as a resource.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities, transition clients to appropriate resources (including a Banker), and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, including balancing the cash drawer and working on Saturdays as directed.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources using tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Experience with cash handling.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
