Greet customers and work with walk-in and phone inquiries to identify and supply motorcycle parts and accessories. Recommend related items, take orders, and manage payments while keeping the parts department organized. Maintain accurate customer lists, update inventory control systems and parts catalogs, and coordinate with service technicians to ensure their parts and accessory needs are met, including tracking back-ordered items and providing parts information for repair orders.
