Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build lasting client relationships through product expertise and tailored styling, drive sales with cross-selling and upselling, and manage omnichannel clienteling using mobile POS and social selling tools. Meet individual and store KPIs while supporting daily store operations, inventory cycles, merchandising, and maintaining service and asset protection standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting personal and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction handling, and stockroom upkeep.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work at a fast pace and perform frequent physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, including experience with live-stream shopping/video demos, clienteling, and data acquisition (preferred).
