Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver timely, accurate technical support and problem definitions, translating customer inquiries into effective troubleshooting and solutions.
  • •Support customer troubleshooting across assigned refining industry customer sites, coordinating with technical service personnel as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Support unit start-up and catalyst reload activities, including determining and coordinating work scope, schedule, forecasts, and work process documents.
  • •Collaborate across internal teams to share customer intelligence and develop strategies to target, win, and retain business opportunities.
