Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with FM to ensure airfield infrastructure compliance with ICAO standards and BCAA aerodrome certification requirements.
  • •Oversight FM and D&T via planned/ad-hoc audits and inspections; report non-conformities and areas of concern for immediate action.
  • •Support management of BCAA audit findings and implementation of corrective action plans to achieve full compliance.
  • •Conduct airside inspections and produce management reports covering pavement condition, markings, lighting, signage, and other safety/compliance observations.
  • •Perform gap analysis against aerodrome certificate requirements (including BCAA CAR001 and ICAO Annex 14), maintain the gap analysis, and support updates to aerodrome and SMS manuals and compliance training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience focused on compliance assurance.
  • •ICAO/ACI certification in aerodrome compliance and safety (e.g., working with Annex 14, auditing/compliance, Safety Management System, aerodrome certification, OLS, safety/human factors).
  • •Ability to conduct audits, inspections, and oversight of airside works for regulatory and SOP compliance.
  • •Experience preparing gap analysis and maintaining corrective action plans to achieve full compliance.
