Inclusive Learning Co-ordinator (12 months FTC)

Support apprentices with additional learning needs in a 12-month fixed-term role within the Inclusive Learning Team. Conduct learner needs assessments, create and review personalised Learning Support Plans, and guide SEND/neurodiversity-inclusive practices across Early Careers programmes. Manage a caseload, monitor progress, coordinate specialist support, and maintain accurate learner records and compliance/funding evidence. Collaborate with programme teams, safeguarding colleagues, managers, and external partners to ensure effective workplace integration.
