Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage actual and potential civil litigation matters involving SIA in Singapore and overseas, including internal reviews/investigations and managing outside counsel
  • •Work with internal clients on handling passenger claims in Singapore and overseas
  • •Advise on compliance with aviation consumer protection legislation/regulations globally, including regulatory authority investigations
  • •Advise on compliance with production orders/requests from law enforcement agencies/regulatory authorities in Singapore and overseas
  • •Advise on sanctions and anti-bribery/anti-corruption compliance, and draft/review related policies and procedures

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree
  • •At least 3 years of legal experience from a law firm or in-house role
  • •Experience handling litigation matters (aviation or cross-border litigation preferred) and/or knowledge of sanctions and anti-bribery/anti-corruption laws and regulations
  • •Excellent contract drafting skills
  • •Ability to work independently and as a team player, and communicate effectively in a dynamic environment
