Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic partner to sales, operations and marketing teams; advise on business offers and projects while balancing risks and opportunities
  • •Draft, analyze and negotiate a wide range of contracts (distribution, partnerships, services, CGV/CGU, NDA); maintain/update contract templates and approval workflows
  • •Ensure regulatory compliance and GDPR alignment; monitor legal developments and translate into operational guidelines
  • •Lead cross‑functional projects; industrialize the legal function with templates, playbooks and tools; train teams on contractual and regulatory basics
  • •Contribute to process improvements and provide timely, pragmatic legal support to meet tight deadlines

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of in‑house experience in business contracts and corporate law
  • •Strong knowledge of commercial contracts (distribution, partnerships, services, CGV/CGU, NDA) and negotiation
  • •Excellent written and spoken French and English
  • •Master’s level education in business law (e.g., DJCE or equivalent) and a business school master
  • •Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic, evolving environment
