Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the responsible pharmacist for the Cecil and Bois-Cerf clinics, ensuring secure, efficient, and economical medication supply for all clinic services.
  • •Support development of the medication circuit to ensure safety and continuity of treatments, including handling medication supply shortages.
  • •Contribute to the pharmacy service quality system by implementing procedures, managing medication-related incidents, and participating in audits.
  • •Participate in pharmaco-therapeutic care and pharmacovigilance, and respond to the pharmaceutical assistance hotline.
  • •Apply the group pharmacy policy and ensure continuity of the service through replacement of the responsible pharmacist when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Federal diploma as pharmacist (Pharmacien·ne) or an equivalent title, with required MEBEKO recognition.
  • •Authorization to practice under own professional responsibility for the canton of Vaud.
  • •Postgraduate FPH title in hospital pharmacy is an asset.
  • •Experience in a hospital setting is an asset.
  • •Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with active listening, empathy, and ability to communicate essential information.
