Lead and mentor a team of IT project managers and specialists, aligning IT project strategies with business objectives. Own end-to-end delivery of technology projects—planning, execution, timelines, budgets, and quality—while managing risks, issues, and dependencies. Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders to define scope and deliverables, communicate status and risks, coordinate resources, and continuously improve project management practices.
