Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage physical, technical, and personnel security posture for the Glascoed and Radway Green site alongside the Security Operations Team.
  • •Liaise with external MoD and civilian authorities regarding technical information and manage protectively marked material.
  • •Assess the adequacy of security measures and ensure policies and procedures are up to date as developments occur.
  • •Conduct and review security assessments; define operational requirements to protect critical assets in line with company policies, regulations, and contractual requirements.
  • •Provide security advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, and recommend improvements based on intelligence and analysis.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 45,177 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Good understanding of government and industry standard security policy, standards, and best-practice guidance.
  • •Knowledge of relevant MoD processes (including security and FSC processes) to develop local BAE Systems and security knowledge.
  • •Understand how the Security team coordinates to achieve overall Security objectives.
  • •Good business acumen within the Security sub-function and relevant business group.
  • •Demonstrate technical knowledge and skills progressing within security roles of increasing responsibility.
